This first-level Pavilion Watch condo has spectacular views of the ocean and Folly Pier, making it the perfect retreat for those looking for relaxation and proximity to the ocean. Enjoy the ocean breezes while sitting on the balcony, which is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. This charming beach abode is in a great community with its own pool–don't be afraid to take a dip in the shared pool!

The prime location of this condo will situate you less than a block from Center Street and an easy walk to the shops, restaurants, and bars. Sign up for surfing or paddleboard lessons at one of the various rental companies on the island. If you're a fan of water sports such as swimming, surfing, fishing, beachcombing, and boating, Folly Beach is the place to be! Swimming is allowed on all the beaches on the island, with public beach access at the end of every block. Things to know: Full kitchen Free WiFi Community pool: Open April–October. Two parking passes included. Renters must be 25 years of age to rent this home, and all other guests must be 21 years of age, unless accompanied by their parent.
