In warm weather, open the windows or the rear sliding balcony door to listen to Sawmill Creek flowing through the wetlands. The wood-burning fireplace adds warmth and a romantic touch to the living room, perfect for wintertime or other cool evenings. When you book this charming condo you are granted access to a plethora of fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center! Things to Know This unit is located on the lower third (3rd) floor - 32 stairs total. There are no elevators on property. Guests have access to an off-site pool. This amenity is not managed by Vacasa and is subject to availability. Access may vary depending on pool hours, temporary closures, and key card functionality.
