Your suite includes a plush queen-sized bed, a private bathroom, and a private sitting room—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The sitting area features a comfy sofa, a table for two, a Keurig coffee maker, and a mini refrigerator with a separate freezer. After a full day adventuring in Acadia, come home to rest and recharge in the quiet woods. Unwind by one of our fire pits—choose from a screened gazebo, a private nook in the yard, the lakeside spot, or the convenient deck. You’ll also have access to our private lakeside area, complete with two kayaks, a dock for swimming, and a sitting area where you can enjoy the cool breeze and catch the sunset. Guests are welcome to use our shared kitchen and enjoy grilling on the deck. A perfect place to end your day in Maine—comfortable, quiet, and close to nature.

We’re George and Lesley—lovers of the outdoors, good company, and the quiet beauty of Maine. Along with our two small (and very sweet!) dogs, Chubs and Lucy, we welcome you to share a peaceful slice of our home and the woods we call home. We’ve traveled to many national parks and love exploring new places. Our guest room features a collection of mementos from our adventures—each with a story and a memory attached. George enjoys photography and is often found behind a camera or at the grill, while Lesley loves reading, painting, and soaking in the calm of the forest. Sunrises with coffee in hand and sunsets by the lake are some of our favorite parts of the day. We believe that strangers are just friends we haven't met yet and hope you’ll feel right at home here—rested, inspired, and connected to the beauty around you.
