Spacious, family friendly home in older quiet neighborhood. Close to local parks, Antelope Island, and Snowbasin Ski Resort. Quick access to Hill Air Force Base and only about a 30 min drive to Salt Lake City.
Two bedrooms (1 queen, the other 2 fulls) and one full bath upstairs and the same downstairs. Beautiful remodeled kitchen. Living rooms up and down with large flat screen televisions. Foosball table downstairs
Many people buy a car in their mid-life crisis, I bought a trashed rental property and worked hard to turn it into something I am proud to offer to others to stay in.
