Scenically situated on the banks of the Russian River, this home has a gorgeous waterfront setting, a private hot tub, and a fantastic outdoor lounge space for entertaining. This riverfront home sits at the water's edge in Monte Rio (although beach access is unavailable now). Within a half-mile stroll, you can reach Monte Rio Public Beach, the cafe in town, and the county's favorite ice cream shop. Or, hop in the car to dine out in Guerneville, tour the local wineries, gaze out at the Pacific Ocean in Jenner, or hike the spectacular Pomo Canyon Trail - all within a 10-mile radius. This home stands apart because of its outstanding outdoor space overlooking the river and redwoods. Entertain effortlessly in the covered outdoor lounge, which includes a gas grill, a TV, cushioned seats around the gas firepit, and such thoughtful details as heat lamps and roll-down shades. An expansive deck wraps around the house, providing a beautiful spot to dine at sunset and soak in the hot tub. Inside, the home is stylish and family-friendly, offering an open layout, an updated kitchen, and a recently refreshed bathroom. Light the woodstove for warmth and ambience, pile on the sofas to stream movies on the smart TV, or play your pick of board games on the shelves in the kitchen. Comfortable bedrooms and complimentary WiFi round out the in-home essentials. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. There is no washer/dryer. The indoor fireplace is only available seasonally from November to March. River access is off-limits to guests at this time due to damage caused by heavy storms. Quiet hours must be observed between 10 pm and 7 am. Outdoor amplified sound is not allowed at any time.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
