The 400+ square foot layout includes a cozy living room with a queen-size sofa bed, a dining area with seating for six, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring an electric oven, stovetop, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, K-cup coffee maker (coffee included), and all necessary cookware and serving ware. The bedroom features a plush king-size bed, a sleeper chair that unfolds into a single-size bed, and a workspace desk, ideal for remote work. The en suite bathroom offers a bathtub and shower combination, toiletries, a hair dryer, and a washer, drying rack, iron, and ironing board for your convenience. Step out onto the shared rooftop terrace, where you can take in breathtaking ocean views. Perfect for morning coffee with the sunrise or evening cocktails under the stars, the terrace is shared with building residents during the day but reserved exclusively for you and one other unit outside of daylight hours. For your beach outings, we provide towels, an umbrella, and a cooler. Complimentary daily housekeeping is available upon request to ensure a seamless stay. Please note that the apartment is located on the 4th-floor rooftop, and the elevator only services up to the 3rd floor. Guests will need to climb one flight of stairs to reach the apartment.
