Located in the heart of Tybee Island is this top-floor 3-bedroom condo with breathtaking ocean views. The inviting open floor plan offers ocean views, stunning opportunities to catch a beautiful sunrise, and a relaxing atmosphere. The living room sofa is a queen sleeper sofa. This allows this adorable condo to sleep up to 8 guests. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the convenient significant appliances. The living area and dining area are directly off of the Kitchen – perfect for meals or a family board or card game. BEDROOM 1 - The Main suite features a king bed, ocean views, private access to the oceanfront balcony, and a full bath with a separate jetted Jacuzzi. BEDROOM 2 – Queen bedroom retreat with plenty of space. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway next to this bedroom. BEDROOM 3 – Another spacious private queen bedroom. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway next to this bedroom. Every bedroom has a TV with cable. Full-size washer and dryer. Parking for 2 vehicles. These parking spots will require one vehicle to park in front of the other, and only standard-sized cars will fit in the parking spaces.
