As you explore the rest of the duplex, you'll find the equally inviting bedrooms, both splashed in sunlight, adorned with soft linens, and kept cool thanks to central air-conditioning. Both of the bathrooms boast soaking tubs/showers and extra large vanities. The living quarters extend to the water view balcony and patio - equipped with a gas grill. Additionally, right at your stay, enjoy having access to a heated pool and hot tub. Within minutes of your stay, visit Sunset Park, Key Colony Beach Golf, Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, Curry Hammock State Park, and Sombrero Beach. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
