Walk straight through to the balcony which overlooks the stunning Pensacola Bay. This unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with plenty of room to stretch out. Watch paddle boarders, boats and jet skis coming and going all through the day and when the sun goes down notice the lights from the area glistening on the water. It's the perfect place to be! Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
