Upstairs living room: Futon. 2 dogs allowed under 40lbs. No Smoking. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. Includes river access at Beaver Bend, a riverside private park shared with only 3 other homes only a 3-minute walk from the house. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. Parking for up to 5 vehicles. This property is dog friendly with a 2 dog maximum. Additional pet fees apply. Dogs must be under 40lbs. Current shot records are required. Please make sure your breed is not on the do not rent to breed list, no smoking, no parties. Residential area of New Braunfels. This home has a maximum occupancy of 14 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed.
