The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, numerous small appliances, utensils, and service ware, so you can enjoy home-cooked meals inside with dining for four, or dine alfresco on the outdoor patio. WHAT'S NEARBY For a bit of fun right near home base, enjoy early morning or evening walks on the lovely and well-maintained greenbelt just outside the patio. Also in the complex is a shared tennis court to indulge in a bit of friendly competition. Venture into downtown, just two-and-a-half miles away, and you will have full days of fun with endless restaurants, boutiques, and attractions lining Palm Canyon Drive. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. An optional fee of USD 99 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
