Situated just east of downtown Santa Barbara, you can practically walk to everything! Enjoy the shops, museums, parks, and all the great restaurants and grocery stores, such as Convivo and the Tri-County Grocery store, right around the corner. You'll also be only steps from relaxing on East Beach! This home is one mile away from the Santa Barbara Pier and downtown! The Santa Barbara Zoo is also close, as are a few wineries for tastings and tours. There's also a bus stop close by for your convenience! THINGS TO KNOW The sofa bed is unavailable, and a queen air mattress is provided.
