Company information

I am a former financial controller and the author of 2 published novels (Lazarus Cane and Michael Faust). My wife, Kendall, and I moved to the area in 2001, bought our first rental villa in 2002 and have slowly added properties ever since. We love interesting food and doing whatever we can to stay at the beach! My wife, Kendall, and I have owned and rented condos on Hilton Head since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and manage a few others. We live on the island and are always available if needed (or for a good restaurant recommendation).

This ocean view villa is the perfect escape, located on the top floor of a gated, oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head’s premiere South Forest Beach, just steps away from Coligny Beach. You're truly in the middle of the best Hilton Head has to offer. Newly redecorated and remodeled (in February 2023). It offers direct ocean views, from sunrise to sunset, from the balcony and living room. It comes equipped with linens and starter necessities for your beach vacation!

Neighbourhood information

Seaside is an oceanfront complex in walking distance from the Tiki Hut and Coligny Plaza, centrally located, but not over crowded. Direct beach access on the property. Biking is the most common form of transportation. Between biking and walking, you really don't need to drive anywhere unless you want to explore other parts of the island.
