Rest easy at night in curated bedrooms, each with mounted TVs and ceiling fans. Guests of the main bedroom will enjoy a private entrance to the deck and an en suite bathroom with double sinks, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub. Located near the desirable Kierland and Paradise Valley areas, you'll be a short drive away from top-notch restaurants, bars, and the beautiful outdoor shopping at Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. TPC Scottsdale Stadium Golf Course, where PGA’s Phoenix Open is held annually, is just down the road. THINGS TO KNOW This property is managed by Vacasa Arizona LLC. The City of Scottsdale limits occupancy in a dwelling unit to no more than six adults plus their related, dependent children. By renting this property, you agree to comply with the city's occupancy requirements. In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. An optional fee of USD 85 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
