Only a few minutes away from the downtown attractions. Erie Bayfront Convention Center, Warner Theater, Erie Insurance Area, and UPMC Park. Being 2 blocks from UPMC Hamot and short distance to Gannon University. Also perfect for traveling nurses, doctors, professors and families visiting students. The space Our property has so much to offer from the spacious bedrooms to the cozy living room. With plenty of outdoor entertainment, from the projector screen to the fire pit area. With lots more to be offered inside with a finished basement having, a movie area, pool table and jacuzzi. It's a perfect place no matter your travel needs! Guest access Guest have no access to bedroom number 1 closet. And All basement closets and garage. Other things to note From November 2nd until April 24th.
