Play chef and cook in the gorgeous full kitchen with gleaming countertops, a suite of stainless steel appliances, and a modern Keurig combined with a traditional coffee maker for the analog guest. Extras include a waffle maker, a panini press, an electric mixer, a blender, and a garlic mincer. Make the brunch of your dreams with all these thoughtfully included amenities. When it's time to pick your room, rest assured that everyone will be content with their choice since each of the four rooms is adorned with soft bedding, a welcoming color palette, and adorable farm-themed decor. Additional interior perks include central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer. Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
