We have four properties and working on our fifth. We try to provide a variety of properties ranging from luxury to basic accommodations spanning PG and Charles county. We recently had a change in property management so that we can recover from the pandemic and improve the quality of our accommodations as they were prior to the pandemic and recession. We pride ourselves on offering affordable, yet nice accommodations for the cost conscious guest that appreciates simplicity.

The Haven I is a cute and cozy single-family home (NOT A HOTEL) located in a modest residential neighborhood called Carrington in Waldorf, Maryland. The home was built in the 1970s and has been renovated since then with upgrades. It is a two level home with 5 bedrooms, 2 shared bathrooms. PLEASE NOTE: There are no private bathrooms at this property but the bathrooms are cleaned daily and cleaning products are provided as well. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a deck off of the dining room for your meals. The lower level has three bedrooms with a large modern bathroom with a patio and furniture to relax and refresh. Both levels have their own living room for you to read, relax and enjoy your time there. You will share the home with other guests who typically stay in their rooms and are working class professionals and locals looking for a nice alternative to hotels and motels. Check-in is contactless and you will not be greeted in person by anyone. The house manager is on site daily and communicates using the app but is not available 24/7. You must have a cell phone and be able to receive the self check-in instructions at check in time. You are able to check-in any time after 3pm.

The neighborhood is the Carrington subdivision located right off of Smallwood Drive. It's very close to US 301 and all major retailers, St. Charles Town Mall and all major chain restaurants. There's a commuter lot for those who need to travel to Washington DC. We're only 30 minutes from our new beautiful upscale National Harbor on the Potomac River. This is a great location for those that want to be fairly close to DC and VA but do not want to pay the tourist prices for accommodations. The neighborhood is middle class and diverse.
