When it is time to settle in, the interior of this gem will spoil you with the perfect mix of rustic mountain themes and contemporary updates. The living room will be the hub for entertaining and gathering with loved ones as you kick back on the plush leather furnishings and play a movie on the TV. The warmth of the wood stove will keep everyone cozy during chilly winter nights, and there is no better way to end an exciting day than preparing comfort foods in the full kitchen. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
