This is a beautiful, fully furnished waterfront home with all the amenities. Ten minutes to fast water, with dock,outdoor shower, deck, and bbq. Several local wineries, hospitals,and shopping all within 15 miles. Pickle ball and tennis courts, soccer/ baseball fields, walking and biking trails,steakhouse/sports bar, marina boat launch and restaurants, grade school,dog park, all within one mile. Brentwood Country club is 14 miles away. A Discovery Bay golf course and country club is within the development. Enjoy the warm weather, beautiful sunsets and waterfront lifestyle in a safe and quiet neighborhood.
I'm a music and water sports fan, and a retired painting and decorating contractor, so this home is reflection of the good life, which I hope you find all the pleasure my guests and myself enjoy during our stays.
