Drive into Historic Pensacola Village, crossing over Pensacola Bay, for a fun day of sightseeing among boutique shops, museums, and low-key eateries. You could also go on a bike ride or jog on the paved strand just beyond your doors. Belonging to the Boardwalk condo complex, this home has plenty of tropical charm. Inside sit spacious rooms filled with coast-inspired decor, comfortable furnishings, and modern conveniences. The living area has a large, cable-equipped flatscreen TV with a DVD player and accompanying DVD library. Through sliding glass doors in the living room sits an outdoor balcony with bayfront views and seating. Prepare fresh meals quickly and easily with modern appliances and a variety of cookware in the kitchen. Eat together at the glass-top dining table with seating for six, or dine al fresco on the back deck. Up to six guests can comfortably sleep here in two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have queen-size beds, and a Sofa Bed provides sleeping space for two more. Other amenities include WiFi, two kayaks included for your use, and a large washer/dryer. Local activities include tours of the National Naval Aviation Museum (21 miles northwest), boat, jet-ski, and stand-up paddle board rentals, local fishing charters, and even attending a Blue Wahoos game (the local minor league baseball team who play 10 miles north at Pensacola Bayfront Stadium).

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
