Built in 1911, this historic gem has been lovingly restored, modernized, and decorated to be perfect for your family vacation.  Upon arrival at the Witek Rinker House, guests are greeted by a flat driveway, covered parking for one car and additional parking in the driveway for 2 additional cars.  The spacious front porch at the Witek Rinker House is ideally curated with a swing, rocking chairs, and string lights; perfect for relaxing in the shade and enjoying the view of the action on Main Street.  As you enter the home, you will be greeted by a spacious living area with ample seating, a game cabinet, a television, and gas fireplace.  The dining room is located just off the living room and is complete with a dining table for 6 guests.  The large custom kitchen is just off the dining room and has been thoughtfuly curated with a gas stove, stainless. steel appliances, a Keurig, dishes, and the pots and pans needed to prepare meals during your stay. Groups in the area to visit Brevard College will love the most unique space in the Witek Rinker House. The room off the kitchen is dedicated to the history of Brevard College Track and Field.  Coaches Norman Witek and David Rinker, who the home is named for, led cross country and track athletes at Brevard College for over 50 years.  Some of these athletes went on to compete at the most prestigious events, including the world championships and the Olympics.  The memorabilia room is an informative, unique, and fun way to honor the legacy of these coaches and the athletes of Brevard College.
