The coastal retreat you’ve been dreaming of awaits at this modern, comfortable home off the Cape Arago Highway! Hop in the car and spend the day at Bastendorff Beach, six miles away, or poke around downtown Coos Bay’s shops, restaurants, and attractions, around five miles away. At home, you’ll love the large, lush yard and quiet setting. Inside, the open floor plan combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen, creating the ideal space to spend time together. The full, well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to whip up meals and snacks, and there’s room for the whole gang around the large dining table. After a day of adventures, relax on any of the plush sofas while you stream the latest release, or use the free WiFi to scroll social media. Wall splits and cadet wall heaters will keep you cool or warm as needed, and the washer/dryer will keep any vacation laundry at bay. End the evening with a family cookout on the gas grill, then call it a night in any of three serene bedrooms. It’s time to make a break for the coast - all that’s left to do is book. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Guests must use personal logins for streaming services.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
