ALMA VERDE BUNGALOWS will be opening in a few days. We offer two- 32sqm-apartments which are located on a 530sqm lot. Each unit is contains one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchenette and living-dining area. They are decorated in a modern style and are fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, stove and shower with gas heater. Full dinnerware, pots, pans, towels, and linens are provided. Each bedroom has a double bed and storage space for clothes. The living room has space for two more guests on a sofa bed. One of the houses has a high-performance stove to be used in the winter. There are several outdoor spaces to enjoy: each unit has a deck with individual barbecue and beautiful views. In the backyard we are building a shaded deck and pool which will be ready by December 23rd. At night you can enjoy an incredible silence and a starry sky since there is no public lighting yet. In the mornings you will be able to wake up with the sound of the birds and you will be able to observe them throughout the day. During your stay you will be able to disconnect from the noise and stress of the city and relax in a beautiful natural environment.

ALMA VERDE La Paloma is located in the area near Serena Golf, 2 blocks from Route 10 on the way to Laguna de Rocha. The neighborhood is a new growing area, so you can enjoy a country setting with very few buildings and extensive views of the nearby forests. It is located 2km from Playa Serena, 5km from Laguna de Rocha, 8 minutes from the La Paloma bus terminal and 12 minutes from the center of La Paloma.
