Located just a 12-minute walk from Hoi An's ancient town, our guesthouse is set in a peaceful, local Vietnamese neighborhood – away from the tourist crowds but close to everything.
Guests can enjoy a rooftop terrace with a small outdoor kitchen, a reading area, and a massage chair. The house is only 2 minutes from beautiful rice fields, 6 minutes from a traditional market, and 12 minutes from the beach by bicycle.

Before becoming permanent residents, we experienced Hoi An like any curious traveler – cycling through rice fields, exploring local markets, tasting street food, joining artisan workshops, and venturing off the beaten path. Today, we’re excited to share these discoveries with our guests and are always on the lookout for new experiences to recommend.

Just a 12-minute walk from the ancient town, our neighborhood is not overly touristy, offering you a chance to truly immerse yourself in Vietnamese daily life. A nearby local market lets you shop just like the locals do.
Thanks to easy access to main roads, it’s simple to reach Da Nang or the beach, as well as the region’s many traditional villages: the ceramic village, carpentry village, vegetable village, coconut village, and many more for those who love to explore off the beaten path.
