The name on the credit card used for the booking or advance payment should correspond to the passport name of the staying guests. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when check-in and making payment at the Hotel. In case of any discrepancy between guest name, passport name and cardholder name in a booking, the Hotel reserves the right to decline the credit card and / or the booking. All guests staying at the Hotel must register the full names before arrival or at the latest during the check-in time. The guests’ names cannot be modified during their stay. Please note that smoking is prohibited in the all guestrooms. If smoking occurs in your room during your stay, a deep cleaning and sanitizing fee of VND5,000,000 will incur to your room bill.
