This private detached cottage, with separate entrance, is set in an attractive garden within a quiet neighbourhood in Constantia. A large bedroom, with a choice of either 1 king size bed or 2 single beds, has a seating area leading to a glass enclosed patio. There is space for a braai on the open section of patio, or in the private garden surrounding the cottage. The fully equipped kitchen is open plan to the dining room and lounge. The living area has double doors leading to a private garden. Shops, banks and excellent restaurants and wine farms are within close proximity.
My husband and I have lived in Constantia, Cape Town for most of our lives and can provide others with information on some of the wonderful places of interest they can enjoy. Whether it is birdwatching, walking or cycling for breakfast, or taking the best route to get to various attractions, we will happily share what we know.
Ballycottage is situated in a quiet location yet is in close proximity to a major road link to Cape Town and the International Airport. The Constantia Emporium and Constantia Village shopping centers are within a 2Km radius.
