Welcome to our charming, newly restored 2-bedroom cottage-style home, which I originally purchased and renovated with my elderly parents in mind for their frequent visits. This cozy space blends personal touches, like my own original paintings, with thoughtful creature comforts to create a truly relaxing retreat. There is on-tap filtered water, extensive smart home automation, ultra-fast Wi-Fi 100 Mbps, and cleanliness throughout, complete with all-new linens, furniture, and appliances. Our cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage. Located at 21 Suikerbos Street, Potchefstroom! Is in the peaceful Miederpark suburb, just a short drive from North-West University and the town center. Miederpark is a quiet residential area with easy access to shops (like the Spar on Maherry Street) and the Mooi River. Checkers, Pick n Pay, Uber & Mr D are all active in our area.
