Franschhoek is situated in one of the most beautiful wine valleys in the world. This traditional French town is the food and wine capital of the country and one would be hard presses to dispute the claim. The ideal summer weather, snowy peaks in the winter have turned Franschhoek into one of South Africa's most sought after tourist destinations. The cottage is situated in a secure estate on the edge of the village, with walking distance from most of what Franschhoek has to offer.
