Company information

We first visited De Waterkant in 1997 and moved here permanently from the UK in 2002, setting up our own company in 2004. Since then, starting with our own three personally owned properties we have grown, managing a unique exclusive selection of 1 to 4 bedroom properties. We now look after 23 properties and, unlike other companies, solely work in De Waterkant preferring to concentrate in one area and taking care of homes that fit our high standards. We are a small team of friendly professionals and we, the owners also live in the area and have direct vested interest in helping to retain the village charm of this location that is so close to the city center.

We specialize in luxury and 4 Star self-catering accommodation with a selection of exclusive private properties centrally located in Cape Town in the area of De Waterkant. If you are looking for space, comfort and privacy then your accommodation search is over! Each property is unique, suiting different tastes and budgets. We provide floor plans, maps, fact sheets and complete picture galleries so you can clearly see and choose what best suits you. We have a friendly reception, located centrally to all our properties and no more than 5 minutes walk. Our helpful team is available to assist with you with your stay and recommendations. As locals ourselves we will let you know where are the best cafes, bars, restaurants, markets, spas etc. and point you in the right direction.
