House Rules: - Quiet Hours: We kindly request that guests respect other residents and neighbors by maintaining quiet hours between 22h00 PM and 8:00 AM. - Pets: While we do have stray area cats, please refrain from allowing them in the unit. - Events: We do not permit parties or gatherings of any kind at our establishment. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. - Security: For your safety and security, our property is equipped with a CCTV camera surveillance system. - Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, including cigarettes/shisha/hubbly bubbly/VAPS and all illegal substances.Additionally, we promote responsible and moderate alcohol consumption, ensuring a peaceful and respectful environment for all our guests. Check-in and Check-out: - Check-in: starts from 14:00 PM and ends at 10 PM (prior arrangements must be made for later check-ins) - Check-out: 10:00 AM (late check-outs are subject to availability and at the discretion of Dejavu and may be charged.) Refundable Breakage Deposit: - A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is required for all bookings checking in on Thursdays, Fridays, and/or Saturdays. This deposit will be refunded in full within 48 hours if all is in order and no deductions are necessary. Please note that failure to comply with our house rules may result in cancellation of your reservation, even after check-in.
