Self-catering unique, peaceful and very spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, kitchen & balcony with spectacular views over Table mountain, Lions head and ocean. The main bedroom equipped with queen sized bed is very spacious with walk in closet area and on-suite full bathroom. Second bedroom consists of 2 X single beds + study desk. Third bedroom has double bed with on-suite bathroom. All rooms has AC and rented out as a separate entrance flatlet in very secure property and neighborhood sleeping 6 people max. The house is surrounded with electric fencing and CCTV cameras covering the property and entrance / stairs of flatlet. While the unit is located on the owner's property, complete privacy is guaranteed.
