Surrounded by mountain vistas, rolling lawns and meandering streams, country-style Houw Hoek Hotel is located between the towns of Grabouw and Botrivier. The well-appointed rooms at Houw Hoek offer satellite TV, a seating area and an en suite bathroom. Tea-and-coffee making facilities are available in each room. The main restaurant serves breakfast, à la carte lunches and dinners. Guest can enjoy meals or a drink on the terrace with views of the magnificent surrounding mountains. The hotel has 2 outdoor pools, a wedding venue and conference facilities for up to 250 delegates. Hermanus is 40 km away and Cape Town can be reached within 1 hour by car. The hotel has a new wellness spa offering massages, manicures, pedicures, facials and more. There is a sauna, a Rasul (Turkish steam room), three massage rooms and heated indoor pool with relaxation area. Our hotel offers a range of unique facilities, including virtual golf with international courses, two padel courts with equipment rental, wine tastings and an on-site gift shop, and a zipline for added adventure. We also feature solar panels to support sustainability and two electric vehicle charging stations for guest convenience.
