Elegant 2 -bedroom holiday apartment with an open plan kitchen and lounge area. Based in the heart or Prince's Grant, one of the best ranked golf courses in the world which includes access to pristine stretch of private beach. This idyllic estate has free roaming Impala as well as Duiker, and is surrounded by natural coastal forests. Unit is situated across from the pool, squash courts, tennis courts and kiddies play area. Fiber has been installed and there is a Spa now open for various treatments A perfect holiday awaits you! The Space: The unit has two Bedrooms:  1 with double bed and 1 with two single beds There is an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. Fully stocked kitchen, including 900mm gas stove, electric oven, microwave,  air fryer, fridge freezer, dishwasher.  All cutlery and crockery that is required for your stay is provided. The open plan lounge and kitchen lead out to a large balcony that is equipped with a built in Braai on the terrace with outside furniture where you can enjoy a meal and your sundowners. The lounge is equipped with a Samsung SMART TV .  The SMART TV allows access to NETFLIX and SHOWMAX (your own membership is required for usage). For back up power the apartment has an inverter and has Wi-fi Safe and secure parking is available as part of your booking. A large lock up garage is provided with the unit as well as driveway parking. Cleaning is not included in the pricing - please request cleaning if required. Oh! and there is a plastic cobra on the balcony to shoo off the monkeys' - Please don't get a fright!
