This is a gorgeous three bedroom beach house, surrounded by the natural beauty of Keurbooms and beautiful sea views. Newly renovated and tastefully furnished, it offers a warm, inviting atmosphere - a place to kick off your shoes and surrender to the tranquil environment. The open-plan living areas are bright and airy, featuring a modern, well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge, and a generous dining table that’s perfect for gathering at the end of the day. Large doors open seamlessly onto the patio where the sound of the waves and sea views can be enjoyed. The dining area also flows out to a sheltered back patio with a built-in barbeque, ideal for alfresco meals. On the ground level is a lovely spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and leads out to the deck area. Upstairs, two beautifully furnished bedrooms each open onto a balcony with spectacular sea views, and a cosy TV lounge with a sleeper couch ideal for two children, provides an additional space to unwind. Two bedrooms are furnished with King size beds which can be converted into two single beds on request. The third bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed. This lovely beach house is located within an estate in Keurbooms, offering access to a communal pool and a direct pathway leading to the golden sands of Keurbooms Beach. This property sleeps a maximum of 6 people in three bedrooms. The sleeper couch can accommodate two additional children only. Payment is collected via bank transfer as well as the refundable breakage deposit of R7000.
