Tranquil, quiet beach getaway. Peaceful and safe surrounds in a secure complex. Beaches, shops, restaurants all within walking distance.
Melkbosstrand is a quint town. House is within walking distance (900m) from the beach, for surfing, Kayaking, fishing and swimming. It is within walking distance from shopping center and MiCity Bus into Cape Town central.
