ABOUT THE COMPLEX Shanthi is a newly built block of flats 500m from the beach in Ballito - 21 Sandra Raod. The block is across the road from the Village Kwik Spar, nightlife and restuarants. It has a rooftop pool and braai area. Ballito is known for it's beautiful 4km promenade that runs from Salmon Bay to Willard Beach (the main swimming beach).
