We live in a quiet and safe neighborhood within walking distance from Glencairn Beach, Elsies Peak mountain and hiking trail. Sunset Haven is detached from the main house and located in a private garden on the same property as the main house. It has its own private entrance and views of the ocean and mountains. Sunset Haven is ideal for a romantic couple's break-away or a solo traveller looking for a safe place. The apartment is newly renovated with a modern open plan design and sleeps two adults comfortably on a standard double bed. The bedroom has extra pillows and blankets. Sufficient hanging and packing space are available in the bedroom. The kitchen is fitted with a two plate gas hob, large air fryer, stove top kettle, toaster, egg boiler, waffle maker, iron, refrigerator and all the other essentials. Coffee and tea making facilities are provided. The bathroom has a shower , toilet and hand basin. All linens, towels, toilet paper and toiletries are provided. The apartment has a dedicated work space with ergonomic ghost chairs and free uncapped WiFi to facilitate online working. A remote controlled fan, gas heater, first aid kit, and fire extinguisher are available. The apartment has a two seater couch and a 45 inch smart TV with Netflix. Books and board games are available for your entertainment. The garden lends itself to alfresco dining with outdoor furniture and pool lounges as well as braai facilities for the beautiful long summer days. Free on street parking is available. Surrounded by mountains, the ocean, a wetlands and major tourist attractions, Sunset Haven is the ideal place to kick-start your vacation or to break-away from the every day hum-drum. The garden with its sunbirds, beautiful indigenous plants and azure blue swimming pool are shared with the host family. Apartment is accessible by 23 steps and thus not conducive for people living with disabilities.
