Stirling Cottage is home away from home, with extra special touches for your convenience & comfort! We have created a cosy but luxurious space to appeal to business and personal travelers. Stirling Cottage is centrally located in the beautiful Durban North neighborhood, a short drive from Umhlanga, central Durbs and local landmarks: the Stadiums, uShaka Marine World, the ICC, Gateway Shopping Centre, various golf courses, the Umhlanga Ridge business district, schools & our magnificent beaches!
We are the Taylors, Simon, my wife Jo and our 2 sons. We love to travel around SA and enjoy trips to the bush, beach and golf resorts. We spend a lot of time following our boys around the country attending their various sporting tournaments, and are experienced bnb guests! Jo works for a corporate & I run a business, specializing in sound and aftermarket fitment in the car industry.
We live on site and will be available to assist you with requests and provide guidance on the area. However, we also respect your privacy so let us know if you prefer self-check in and want to be left alone.
The neighborhood is inhabited by families in lovely old Durban North homes with large gardens. We have a guard in the street and provide safe and secure off street parking for 1 car, behind an electronic gate and electric fence.
Our location has easy access to the N3, N2 and M4. We are centrally located to other key landmarks in Durban to the South and Umhlanga to the North.
