The Sunrise Beach Cottage presents itself as an extension to a large beach house and is a gem of an authentic small two-story cottage with many loving and high-quality details. On the ground floor you will find the fully equipped and modern kitchenette with direct access to the sun veranda as well as the bedroom with sea views and a fantastic outdoor shower, which is made from over 100-year-old railway sleepers. Adjacent to the bedroom is the spacious bathroom with shower. On the first floor you will find a small living room and a cosy reading lounge with a wonderful view of the nearby sandy beach and the sea. You can reach the nearby sandy beach in just a few steps via a wooden walkway directly in front of your sun veranda. The entire property has a modern photovoltaic system with inverter and storage batteries. The hot water is also heated by solar panels. You enjoy exclusive use of the Sunrise Beach Cottage with its own access and garage. Adjacent to the Sunrise Beach Cottage is the independent Sunrise Beach House, also with its own entrance and garage, which is rented separately or can be booked additionally depending on requirements and availability.
