Sunset Cottage is on the edge of the Langebaan lagoon. Very spacious with large balcony and a lockable gate. The property is comfortably furnished. Large and spacious 120m2.Roll up wooden blinds throughout to maximize views. Porcelain tiles throughout. Property is on one floor a few steps to the entrance as per photographs Parking is provided for x1 car only on the property. I have a housekeeper on site and is available for a small fee.

I enjoy hosting and always look forward to welcoming my guest and to assist where possible with special needs

The beach is a few steps away accessible on the property. Within comfortable walking distance to the main beach shops and restaurant Please note my neighbour is still renovating his property. This has been a very slow process. They have however been very considerate
