Sonx (Songezo) is an easy-going, very warm person who puts the interest of his guests first at all times. He is always willing to engage and assist you as a guest to ensure that your experience is personalised for your needs. He can understand English, Sotho, Tswana, and the local Captewonian's language, Xhosa.

The CoziPlace is perfectly located within 15 minutes walk from the iconic Canal Walk in Century City. This is a very quiet space offering guests optimal tranquility in a very relaxed and quiet neighbourhood. It's in a highly secured complex guarded by security personnel. You will have a full apartment to yourself with access to the fully equipped kitchen, lounge, and bath with both shower and bathtub.

Neighbourhood information

You will be able to access the outdoor amenities, including the Canal Walk which is one of the biggest shopping centers within the Southern Hemisphere. Other places of attraction just a walk away include Intaka Island, A Spar shopping center, and a number of restaurants. There is a MyCiti bus within reach for your convenience to move around the Century City suburb, outside giving you access to greater Cape Town tourism spots.
