Affordable overnight/ holiday accommodation in George Nestled in the quiet and safe residential suburb of Denneoord at the foot of the beautiful Outeniqua mountains, our 4 units offer accommodation to suit every budget. Our compact studio apartments sleep 2 guests, and are best suited for short stays or business travel. Both rooms are equipped with a bathroom, double bed, a tv with media-box, as well as WiFi. A bar fridge, microwave and kettle with complimentary tea/coffee (on arrival) are provided. Although there are no cooking facilities, a private outdoor bbq is provided for your convenience. Our large apartments have a private bedroom with double bed, a lounge with sleeper couch, bathroom, a full kitchen and a private outdoor area with bbq. These apartments are perfect for longer stays and family vacations.

Neighbourhood information

The Lions Den is situated at the foot of the beautiful Outeniqua mountains, in quiet and safe residential suburb. Within a few minutes walk, you have access to numerous hiking and cycling trails and the well-known Garden Route Botanical Gardens. We are a 5 minute drive from the centre of town, as well as private and provincial hospitals. Victoria Bay and Herolds Bay beaches are close by. Don't have a car? We are on the Go George bus route, a popular and safe means of travel for locals and visitors.
