Welcome to The Seaside Cottage in Gordons Bay. Nestled in a corner of a secret lane one street up from the beach, this two-bedroom cottage offers privacy, views, comfort and relaxation. The large veranda is comfortably furnished for hours of sea gazing and outdoor living while the shady roof offers wind and sun protection. You are close enough to the beach to hear the faint sounds of ocean and beach below while watching beach goers and seaside fun from a perfect distance. Hours of entertainment!! We have ample private parking on your doorstep and you can easily take a stroll into town and enjoy shops and restaurants, beach activities and so much more. All only 2 min walk from your front door. This cozy Seaside Cottage offers 2 bedrooms, one bathroom with shower over bath, a well appointed kitchen and comfortable spacious seating in the open plan living area. Direct access onto your balcony for easy flow and relaxing living. Please Note: A once off exit clean fee of R600 is payable upon invoice. A free weekly clean and linen change is offered for bookings 8 days or more. Should you require a clean during your stay, please inform the office 48h prior. Attractions abound with the winelands being a short step northward in Stellenbosch, whale watching towards the East in Hermanus and all the glitz and glamour of the mother city, Cape Town, a short jump to the South. Take in the most spectacular views of Gordons and False bays from the most prestigious addresses in the area. Nestled on the edge of the majestic Hottentots Holland mountains, the properties here offer the peace and tranquillity that only comes from being on nature’s doorstep. Almost every window has a magnificent view and every balcony is an eagle’s perch to watch some of the most gorgeous scenery that the Western Cape has to offer. In the heart of what once was a bustling fishing village, houses in the old village of Gordons Bay are never more than a stone’s throw from all the best that our town has to offer. A car is necessary in South Africa. Although we have private taxi services, Public transport is not the best. For shopping and sightseeing, we highly recommend a car.
