Luxurious 10th floor apartment with magnificent sea views . WiFi and Netflix available. Minimum of 3 night bookings. 3 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The lounge and main bedroom are air-conditioned. TV's in lounge and 2 bedrooms. Parking bays not suitable for large vehicles. One parking bay allocated to flat and there are un-allocated parking bays that may also be used. The complex has a communal swimming pool & braai area at pool. No braais allowed on balcony at unit. Airfryer, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble drier.
Copies of ID's for all adults required 48 hours before occupation for security at complex. 2 King beds and one double bed.
