Right by the cathedral, in the center of everything. It is also right in the train station building. If location is important to you, this hotel is the absolute best. But also, the staff was amazing and the breakfast was very tasty. I am convinced this is literally the best stay in Cologne if you want a practical and affordable hotel.

We loved the place, actually it was surprisingly bigger than all other hotels in Europe ( and we were in 16 this year). The staff extremely kind and smiley, the café open 24/7 and the coffee was delicious always. Clean, next to 2 big supermarkets and many smaller as well as fast food places. About 20 minutes by walk from the cathedral ❤️ 🇩🇪

The rooms were nice, heating was working very well and staff was nice when we needed. The location was good, tram station was about 7 minutes walk and train station was about 15 minutes walk. We went during Christmas Markets' period, so we had a free bus in P22, a parking right next to the hotel, that was taking us to Heumarkt. We didn't opt for breakfast to be included. Parking was 17 EUR/day, in an underground parking, very safe and with direct access in the hotel.

The staff were very kind, respectful, and sociable, and the rooms were clean. Parking was very convenient, both inside the hotel and outside, which was really nice. The location is a bit remote, and you do need to drive a little if you want to go to the city or elsewhere, but we actually found that quite pleasant This was our second stay here, and it is definitely worth coming back for — both because of the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the rooms, as well as the peaceful, secluded location.
