Breakfast is a true highlight—an extensive buffet featuring Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Indian, European, and American dishes, plus plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. You’ll never run out of choices! The staff were amazing—always smiling, friendly, and ready to help. We requested a room on the highest floor for a better view, and they went above and beyond to make it happen. The room was spotless and well-equipped: wardrobe with safe, work desk, refrigerator, kettle, comfy bed, and individually controlled air conditioning (a big plus compared to central systems). Daily complimentary water, tea, and coffee were a nice touch. Don’t miss the rooftop pool on the 29th floor—watching the sunset over Bangkok was unforgettable! The small fee (300 THB/person/day) is actually a credit for food and drinks, so we enjoyed fresh shakes and fruit while relaxing. Above the pool is a glass-walled gym with panoramic city views—especially stunning at night. We didn’t have time to use it, but next time we definitely will.
