The bedrooms were good, bathroom was basic but for the price good value. We had dinner in the bar sat next to the fire and xmas tree. Food was really good and our kids actually ate everything which was a first.

The Yard at Bath is beautifully done, and is extremely good value (we stayed on a Sunday night) and the staff were all lovely. The place has been designed to such a high finish and while the service was brilliant, none of the staff are in any way pretentious - it was all just very relaxed and delightful.

The hotel was in an excellent location, beautifully decorated and the facilities were excellent. The open fire and decor were a treat. The staff were very polite, welcoming and keen to help. An excellent stay that will be repeated.

The staff are all amazing, such a warm welcome and outstanding service throughout our stay. Food is also exceptional. Room was spotless and very comfortable, also very nicely decorated. We will definitely stay again, such a professional operating, outstanding.
