We stayed here to visit Oxford and Cotswolds, and this place is made for it! Very close to Oxford, just couple minutes drive to Park&ride there. And very beautiful Cotswold towns are also close and convenient to rich. We got the room on 1st floor, really nice and cosy, our dog loved low floor window he could watch who goes in the street. Excellent food and drinks in the bar, and we were very pleased with real fireplace - it was rainy cold weather outside.

Very nice place with a restaurant with a wonderful chef who made Asian cuisine. Staff friendly and accommodating. Room was cozy and fun with a staircase and loft room for our son. The breakfast basket was a kind gesture.

The Porterhouse Grill & Rooms is a 2 minute walk from Oxford train station, a 5-minute walk to the Castle Quarter. Oxford city centre is less than a mile from the property.

A sophisticated steakhouse serves very good (fixed menu) breakfast, which I prefer instead of a buffet menu with plenty on the table. Rooms were clean and stylish. I had one dinner and loved the steak & the wine on the menu. Definitely I will stay again and recommend to friends and colleagues.

Lovely comfy bed in a luxurious (we had the largest) room, perfect for a romantic getaway (was wedding anniversary) have stayed here before love the pub always great quality food and drink and often live music at weekends, always enjoyable!
