Excellent Location in the city, a few minutes walk from pretty much everything, the extremely attentive and helpful staff, the room was modern and well equipped with a fridge, Nespresso coffee maker and lovely snacks, bathroom is amazing with a great shower, ironing board and iron and a nice balcony. Spotlessly clean and well maintained, great Wi-Fi and TV with YouTube and Netflix

Where to start? Firstly the room was huge with a most heavenly bed. It was perfectly kept with clean towels everyday & spotless housekeeping. Large windows allowed you to hang into the street to take in the ambience of which there was plenty. If you require silence to sleep this room is not for you. We loved it, so much joy & laughter from below. 2 mins direct walk to Port & breathtaking scenery. Now to our concierge. Maria. A pocket rocket who was non stop smiles & positive energy. Gave us her personal what's App for contact for requests. Didn't allow us to want for a thing. Greeted us as though we were family whenever we would see her. Perfect person for front of house, with genuine warmth & the ability to brighten your day. Thank you Maria, you are a gem 💎

Very good location, close to the beach :D, and not so far from the city center (10-15 min light walk). The host was very very kind, let us check in earlier, and at the checkout he allowed us to storage the luggage until we parted to the airport.

Location was perfect, The room was clean. Also we didn't have any problem with the parking even at a high season date like the one we booked the room. Also, even though its located on a street with a lot of traffic( at least in August) the room we didnt have any issues with the noise in the room ,which was minimal.

The hotel is located in the Old Town of Chania in a quite place next to many taverns and restaurant. The position is great, it is perfectly clean, the staff is excellent.
