Myself, my boyfriend and our dog stayed at the hotel for two nights. We really liked that there are no additional fees for the dog's accommodation, and in general the staff was very attentive and nice to us. The first morning, apparently, there weren't many guests at the hotel and we had breakfast separately. Since I'm a vegan, I wrote about it in advance but still I was pleasantly surprised that the staff remembered about it and made a vegan and vegetarian (for my boyfriend) breakfast for us. It is also nice that at any time you can drink Turkish tea and sit on the terrace. The hotel also arranged a hot air balloon flight for me, for which I thank them very much! Overall, it's a wonderful place, it would be nice to come back.

The service was exceptional, and the best we have experienced in Turkey so far. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The location was beautiful and provided relatively close access to everything we needed in town. Breakfast was lovely. I would definitely recommend staying at Melek Cave Hotel, even in Winter as we did. We would choose to stay there again on our next trip to Goreme.

The warmest host family I've ever met, Sahin and his parents were amazing! Breakfast well diversified, ready to fulfil all tastes, only bio natural food. Genuine cave room, cosy, nice decorated, large enough and very well equipped. Very comfortable large bed. Good wifi. Wonderful view from the terrace.

Everything is more than great here The hotel is just beautiful, the food is delicious and oh my god the service. They help us with tours and transportation during all our stay. The room is just perfect and cozy. You just 5 minutes walking to great restaurants and groceries store. I will absolutly recomend to stay here
